I'm a football player who's been in the weight room for years — training, learning, and pushing what my body can do. Along the way I've helped a lot of kids my age and younger get stronger, leaner, and more confident in the gym.
I've also spent time training under a personal trainer with 15+ years of experience, learning the details most people skip. JT Athletics is where I bring all of that to you.
